Studio Tina Manis is an award-winning full service design studio founded and led by Tina Manis, a world-renowned designer and educator. STM specializes in luxury residential interiors, boutique commercial and hospitality spaces, and everything in between — from architectural design to interior design, gut renovations to new builds. Our work also includes procurement, custom-designed objects, and our signature Form Within™ offering, which integrates mindfulness practices with the design process.
We are headquartered in Brooklyn, New York and primarily serve clients in the New York metro area, California, and the Dallas area. We also take on select projects beyond these regions — reach out to discuss your location.

We work across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects at a range of scales — from a single-room refresh to a full architectural renovation or new build. No two projects are alike, and we tailor our engagement to each client's needs and vision.
Our services include full interior and architectural design, spatial exploration sessions, procurement (from design direction through full installation of furniture, art, accessories, and soft goods), and custom-designed objects created in collaboration with artisans and craftspeople around the world. These can be engaged as a complete package or as a more focused scope of work.

Form Within™ is a proprietary offering that combines meditation, pranayama breathing, and spatial design and flow. It's a process of pausing external noise to clarify what you truly want from your space — and your life — before a single design decision is made. It can be engaged as a standalone offering or as part of a broader design engagement.

What is Form Within™?
Every client has a story. Space is the medium we use to tell it. Our process is rooted in empathy and expressed in spaces that are deeply personal, seamlessly functional, and full of joy. We work collaboratively with clients from initial exploration through final installation to ensure the entire experience — not just the result — feels right.

How do I get started?
Tina Manis trained achieved a Masters Degree at Columbia University prior to joining internationally renowned firms including OMA (Rem Koolhaas, Rotterdam), Richard Rogers Partners (London), and Nexus (Japan) before founding her own studio. Her work has been featured in Surface, Wallpaper, Fast Company, and the Architect's Newspaper, among others, and she has taught graduate-level design at Yale, Columbia GSAPP, the University of Pennsylvania, and The New School.
